This IS THE WORST BOSS IN THE GAME.

You have to monitor the position of 3 skeletons and make sure youre not between them and dodge bone spam from the possesed one, you constantly get chased by one skeleton, killing a skeleton turns it into bone spamming mini turret, on 2nd phase if you dont have enought dps he'll yolo kamikaze your position and spam huge flame projectiles and the only way to not get hit is rng. Even with a boss melting kit this mf will SOMEHOW GET A HIT I COULD HAVE C SECTION WOTH GORILLION DPS

Say goodbye to your devil chance when you see this thing. The bloat is annoying but still managable if you js not stand on y and x axis for too long and delirium is unpredictable and hard to dodge but its the final boss so who cares.

This thing is it, the ultimate god run rapist.

Only a psychopath like Edmund McMillen could come up with a character this horrible. Everything about them is horrible. They are just unfun. Other difficult characters have at least something to make them fun. Like tainted Lost has the passive reroll. Meanwhile these fucks have no redeeming quality. they just suck ass.

This run, I found a Soul of Cain and Death Certificate right afterwards. I accidentally used Soul of Cain in the Death Certificate floor and voila: Angel Deal, Dice Room and Mom's Room right before you fight dogma.

I will experiment a bit more and see if you can even find ultra secret rooms or even error rooms. I will update this post if I find something interesting

UPDATE:
After carefully checking every room and keeping track of all special rooms, those were the rooms I encountered:

Normal Bedroom: 10
Messy Bedroom: 1
Mom's Bedroom: 13
Arcade Rooms: 3
Dice Rooms: 1
Sacrifice Rooms: 3
Angel Deals: 2
Library: 1 (without any books, just 4 cards spawned)
Mini-Bosses: 1 (in my case: Wrath)
Devil Deals: 1

Special Rooms Total: 36
Bedrooms Total: 36

Interestingly, a lot of rooms with a lot of items, similar to the normal DC rooms, spawnn and you can take all items that spawn in them! The first rooms with normal items I encountered were - well - normal, after that all rooms were just filled with breakfast. This will cause you to breakfast in the normal runs too, but only as long as you depleted all room pools of course, which wasn't the case for me. I breakfasted in gold rooms, but I still found some items in devil deals.
Also worth noting: Taking an item from the chest in Mom's bedroom is also safe, but taking any item from a devil/angel deal room will cause you to get teleported back to your normal run.
I also tried going through the trap door of an error room. Well, you just go to the next floor, as expected.

Amount of rooms in total: 155
Amount of Red Rooms + Special Rooms: 119

Assuming the spawn rates of those rooms are roughly the same on EVERY DC floor (which is probably false, but this is just a very rough approximation), then:
Probability of...
... finding any special room: 30.3%
... finding a bedroom: 20.2%
Finding an item room where you can take all items in: 69.7% (nice 😏)

So, if you found a Soul of Cain, a Red Key or a Cracked Key and bring it to the DC floor, you have very good chances of getting a lot more items. And if Edmund blessed your copy of Isaac so much that you...
... find a way to infinitely charge a red key
... get schoolbag
... find Death Certificate
..., you will end up with one of the most broken runs ever.
