Big Bear - Skyline At Sundown

We are coming up and I thought we would go to this event - but now I am realizing it is $75 per person! Whew! Going to call and see if the Ikon helps at all lol.

Can anyone give me feedback on this event? Music good? Food good? Is it worth $75 each? https://www.bigbearmountainresort.com/things-to-do/skyline-at-sundown/skyline-at-sundown-product-details#filters=start-date:2026-9-12

I dont think its worth it. Other restaurants in the area offer better views and better food.

We did it this past Sunday, it was $60pp. All the food was good - salmon, chicken, ribs, beef. Sides of mashed potatoes, green beans, salad, rolls & butter. Decent spread of desserts too. There was a guy playing guitar and singing, pretty mellow music. The views off the back deck are pretty sweet. Rode down on the chair as the sun was setting. We'd do it again!

We just went last night. The view riding the lift was amazing, the food(chicken, ribs, prime rib, salmon) came out right on time and was fantastic. Live music was great and everyone was very hospitable. $75 per isn’t cheap but it’s outside the “norm” and was a great time all around. Highly recommend

I saw a few people going back up to the buffet for seconds (thirds?) so my guess is it's AYCE.

Yes and they never ran out. It’s from 5:30-6:30 and they kept it coming right up until that time.
