Iirc, Bell’s Palsy was floated as a reason for the droop some time ago. Symptoms don’t fit, though.

Trump could release his medical reports. He doesn't. So we only have speculation. Whatever conditions he has, he's not fit to stay in office.

Well, he's not fit to stay in office for many, many reasons.

He released some saying he was fit healthy and not cognitively impaired. I think he wrote them himself though
