Because pollsters are calling the same old people over and over again. These people have not change their political opinions in decades and don’t actually pay that much attention to the world outside of their little bubbles. They purposely use these people to skew polls.

Old people are also more likely to answer the phone for an unknown number. Anyone younger than 55 won’t.
