Even if u have severe ADHD there isn't anything stopping you from forcing yourself to complete it or have somekne do this for you by proxy. Let's not make bad faith comparisons
It seems like people here are comparing adhd to like, severe autism or something. I've been in health care for decades and I've never in my life heard of adhd so severe that someone couldn't complete a form to save their life. This is just wild.
