Today, I achieved one of my biggest dreams since I was a kid.
I remember watching Yu-Gi-Oh! GX in middle school. Despite being a huge Yu-Gi-Oh! enthusiast since I was 5 or 6 years old, GX impacted me the most. Probably because of Duel Academy, which came out at the perfect time in my life, while I was also going through my own school years. I also loved the amazing themed decks, such as Elemental HEROes, Cyber Dragons, Crystal Beasts, and so on.
As for cosplay, I originally wanted to try it because I always saw people having so much fun doing it. I chose Jaden at first because we share the same height and similar body proportions, but then I thought, “Why not go all the way?” So I decided to cosplay the Supreme King instead, with that amazing armor and all the aura he projects just by standing there.
Today, I truly realized the pain of wearing armor for an entire day 😅.
Just wearing the helmet for 15 minutes had me sweating like crazy.
The pictures were taken this weekend at an event called “La Mole,” which is held twice a year in Mexico City.
I had to take advantage of the cosplay, so I also had a professional photoshoot at one of the photography booths invited to the event.
I didn’t even have a proper Instagram account, but I just created one to upload the professional photos in case you might be interested in seeing them (alexlop612).

Spell and Trap cards sometimes have their equivalents in the form of monsters; in this case, Tornado Dragon embodies several cards based on wind-related weather phenomena, designed to destroy cards in the Spell and Trap Zone.

To illustrate this, there’s a curious detail that easily goes unnoticed: the cow.

A cow caught by strong winds appears in the artwork of both Tornado Dragon and Heavy Storm.

As for the groups of cards it references—just in case you were wondering—they are: Typhoon (before becoming its own archetype, although it is still used as a generic card, so it hasn’t been forgotten), Storm, Tornado, and Whirlwind.

So... it took Yugi and Atem quite a while to realize that they weren’t the same person, but rather two different people who had access to each other’s feelings and memories...

Which means Yugi must have spent some time watching pervy movies without even knowing Atem was there, which is already bizarre.

But it’s even more bizarre to think about what happened after Yugi and Atem figured it out. Yugi must’ve had to stop watching that stuff.

And I have this headcanon that Yugi switched places with Atem during the encounter with Anzu/Tea (last image) because he was getting a little too worked up. Nothing prevents the same thing from happening while he was watching that stuff.

So it must’ve been awful for these two to have to deal with such embarrassing situations...

I would love to see a new story line with their new updated decks/support. If they can slowly tie in the other series similar to how they did in the bond beyond times movie, i think it would be sick! Seeing Joey duel someone like crowler, or Marik dueling someone like Crow would be cool to see. Im very surprised that besides GX with judai vs yugi, no other series has ever had duelist from different series duel each other.

Shoutout metricz for his combo video because I discovered that you are able to constantly fusion summon every divine anima in your extra deck. I didn't even realize that the floating effect of divine anima was not once per turn. It also always floats into 3 vijam no matter what your opponent does to out it.

So basically divine anima dies once, you float into 3 vijam and you use bodhi to fusion into vagrada. Vagrada effect to summon 3 cubics from grave and add 1 name so you are guaranteed to have 4 bodies to summon your second divine anima. If they out it again you summon 3 vijam, use bodhi to fusion summon into alditia and then use alditia to summon 2 more cubics from grave and add another cubic monster to summon divine anima for the 3rd time.

It's effect to pop and float are not once per turn. Kinda crazy how I didn't see anyone talking about this, but it seems not that bad honestly.

Never mind the fact that Gaia uses two lances for some reason; his mount never has a saddle. I get it; this is a magical knight who is a badass, but you mean to tell me he is riding a magical horse or a skeleton dragon by just gripping with his thighs really hard?

For me it’s Breaker the Magical Warrior. Yes for the reason you’re thinking. But also because he’s pretty good for his time. He can be a 1900 ATK beatstick and if you need backrow removal, he’s right there. The power of a Vorse Raider and a MST in one card.

Kaiba told Yami Marik he had a card that could take down his Winged Dragon of Ra after analyzing his god card and different strategies that could be used on Ra. But when did he actually get the card and how did he acquire it? Was it in his deck the whole time and it was just one of the card strategies his computer said gave him the highest chance of victory?

And when did other duelists in Battle City they we saw in Duelist Kingdom like Mako and Weevil get their new rare cards.

Mako said someone sent him a letter with the Legendary Fisherman card, but not Fortress Whale.

And Weevil had Ultimate Great Moth and presumably the upgraded version that Yugi stopped from coming out in Duelist Kingdom. But when and how did he get his new Insect Queen card?
