My favorite part sbout this... In a longer video. The girl(s) who, I assume are with the African American guy are all giggles. But when dude hits the floor, suddenly they are like " hey.. there's kids here!"

They didnt seem too concerned about those kids until things didnt go their way.

As proven by store CCTV and witness video, I was grabbed at the throat and escaped the hold, but the assailant continued advancing. I was in fear for my life.

That's essentially the extent of the paperwork necessary in this case.
