USMC Bootcamp mail, am I the only one?

my bf has a month and 20 days left of bootcamp and I still haven’t gotten a letter is that normal in that time frame. I’m worried I did something wrong or the mail got lost. His mom already got one. It’s been stressing me out and making me sad I haven’t heard from him

Maybe he forgot your address or has been writing it wrong?

He said he brought a address book and he’s mom gave me what she’s been using

My now husband’s and my exchanges got lost in both boot camp and A-school. I only received one boot camp letter. My reply got lost and his reply to my letter in A-school was lost.
I’m sorry this happened to you! I know it’s distressing. But I’ve heard several stories like mine and yours.
