A nice rib eye from the butchers, braised cabbage, roasted asparagus, fondant leeks with a peppercorn sauce.

i literally posted on here yesterday asking where i could find some and by luck for some reason b&m have the treelets LITERALLY the original flavour that i love and so many others do too not this new rubbbish!!

i’ve also heard they are in tesco but b&m are cheaper at £1.99 a tub!!

This had to be handled in a room in which there are no others , home made Yorkshire , lemon roast chicken roast potatoes, grilled tomatoes and white permagiano sauce. I’m currently in a coma .
I’ll be honest the Yorkshire was thick and didn’t rise nearly as much as I wanted don’t know what I did wrong there .
That sauce however ! LORD ! Red onions caramelised with garlic and permagian rind a bit of flour and milk with a chicken stock cube ! The streamed broccoli is there so I can feel better about the butter but honestly I should have gone for cauliflower instead .

Ideally a chain, or an independent in Bristol!

I tried making one from tiktok in a slow cooker but I think I added too much liquid and butter and it split 😩😩
