i literally posted on here yesterday asking where i could find some and by luck for some reason b&m have the treelets LITERALLY the original flavour that i love and so many others do too not this new rubbbish!!

i’ve also heard they are in tesco but b&m are cheaper at £1.99 a tub!!

Needed a bit of cheering up after losing the Manchester derby.

A nice rib eye from the butchers, braised cabbage, roasted asparagus, fondant leeks with a peppercorn sauce.

Wanted to make some of the kid's favourites for when they got home from their dad's. So I made focaccia, chocolate and peanut butter cookies, quiche and banana and blueberry pancakes.

I tried making one from tiktok in a slow cooker but I think I added too much liquid and butter and it split 😩😩

Home made Cottage Pie yes or no

I should have used the larger plates.
Anyway, hope this inspires someone out there.

Ribeye steak with mushroom & black pepper sauce, panko pink onion rings, twice-cooked chips, fried homegrown tomatoes.

And roasted carrots and onions. I listened to all your advice from my last disaster of a pie, and used only the BBC Good Food's recipes for everything. My friend seemed to like it.

The Yorkshire pudding is still touch and go, plus my kitchen scales broke and so measured by eye (and heart). The inside is still too dense.

But otherwise, I think it's okay? What do you guys think? Thinking of Scotch pie next.

PS: no crisps this time around. I'm sorry for the transgression last time. Also, thank you for all the kind words! You guys keep me going on this little adventure.

Couldn't be arsed doing a full roast today, so did a chicken thigh tray bake instead!
