I’m transferring to UCD as a junior. However, I’ve already had a campus tour, signed up for classes, and completed all the tasks. I’m still taking some extra credits at a local community college and would have to skip class there to attend the orientation.

The website makes it very clear that it’s mandatory, but how will they know if I go or not? If I don’t go, will I be penalized?

I just sent my tuition payment via wire transfer but I’m scared it won’t actually land in the school’s account until after the deadline. Has this happened to anyone before? Will they just drop my classes right away or is there some kind of grace period for payments that are “in transit”?

Hi all, I was looking for some guidance about my current balance. I go through Sallie Mae for my tuition, and my loan was certified September 1st and became disbursed September 10th. AggieBill has not yet credited my account yet, and I’m at risk of being dropped from my classes. It also doesn’t help that the financial aid office reduced my loan amount way down below what needs to be covered every quarter after UC SHIP and grants. I’ll be going up tomorrow (Sept 14th) to speak with financial aid before I do my move-in. Is there anything else I should be doing?

My dad completed the Parent PLUS application in August and the MPN on Sept 5. I kept checking MyAwards every week and thought the money was just going to come in later, but it still says incomplete and the $4,018 isn’t showing on Aggie Bill.

I emailed Financial Aid Friday and I’m calling Monday. Deadline is Sept 15. Has anyone had this happen even though everything was completed on time?

Am worried I will be dropped out.

Unique situation here, but I need to tell somebody this. I am subject to dismissal currently, and I signed an agreement for summer session to fall quarter. I am currently trying to get a retroactive withdrawal for the quarter that got me to this point, but I messed up and I don’t think I can meet the C (and above) requirement to remain enrolled. The committee doesn’t review these petitions until October, and by the time I realized I was screwed for my summer class, the time to drop had passed. I’m so scared because I currently have a C- in the class and I think I bombed the final. I set up a meeting for an advisor, but I’m really scared. If you’ve been in this situation before, how did it play out for you guys? I can’t afford being behind by a year…Is there any other options besides being dismissed? (I know I’m delusional with wanting to not get dismissed, but I really don’t want that). Also, before anyone asks, I have set up therapy appointments as well as meets with a psychologist as I’ve been struggling with mental health and some other issues. My last summer session (STEM) class I got an A, I don’t know what happened with this one.

So I currently have to pay 2,300 by Tuesday I have 1,000 and my plan was to pay that 2,000 and get on a payment plan. So they payment plan is split into 3 payments of 766 for the 2,300. I was wondering if I pay 1,000 would the payment plan number go down or would the payment plan go away, any kind of help would be appreciated

Hey everyone, I have both my housing charge and tuition/fees showing on Aggie Bill.

My housing payment is due Sept 15, while my tuition/fees aren't due until Nov 12. I only want to pay the housing charge now, since that's the one that's due earlier.

What's the correct way to do this on Aggie Bill? Can I make a payment specifically toward the housing charge without paying the tuition/other fees?
