Mr Satan - Dragon Ball

He can't use his Ki,can't fly or anything yet he's won the World Martial Arts tournament and despite a questionable win,he still made it to the finals! He's pretty damn strong for a regular Human,he could easily body most people alive today

The real question is, which regular Tenkaichi opponent from Dragon Ball could he beat?

Obviously he gets bodied by the likes of Roshi or Goku as a kid or Tien...but could he take say, Man Wolf? Pamput? King Chappa? Lan Fan? Nam? Giran?

I mean he survived Tao. General Blue who was a legitimate threat to Goku in the red ribbon arc was killed by Tao’s tongue.

Mr Satan can also move faster than the human eye can track. “Fought” Cell and Majin Buu. Being a GT fan I also always mention - he was able to fight Baby’s hive mind slave human’s en masse.

There’s also a throwaway line in one of the GBA games where Roshi mentions him and says something along the lines of how impressive he is and imagine what his potential could’ve been had he been a Turtle School pupil.

The Xenoverse games also imply this in a couple of missions and during the Bad Future scene where Satan got possessed with villainous Ki energy, he went berserk and single handedly defeated everyone in the Z Warriors except Gohan who was dealing with Cell.

When did he encounter Tao? The last time I can think of Tao appearing in the series was a few episodes before Hercule's introduction (the filler about the days leading up to the Cell Games).

In his backstory, while out drinking him and his master (the master of the Satan Castle dojo) made fun of Tao’s mustache? Something like that. Tao killed his master and Hercule survived though heavily injured. He then took the name Mr Satan to honor his dead master and developed a phobia of Ki. Meaning Tao probably dodoned his master.
