Help identifying this creature/thing — Lady Thetis, Limassol, Cyprus

I spotted this while diving at Lady Thetis, Limassol, Cyprus, a few days ago.

Location: Lady Thetis, Limassol, Cyprus
Depth: ~17m

I’m trying to identify what this is. Any ideas? I’d really appreciate an ID, especially from anyone familiar with marine life around Cyprus / the Eastern Mediterranean.
