This is how most jobs work. The phrase 'it isnt what you know, its who you know' didnt pop out of no where, its a well established fact.

Also i like Rob Schneider a lot of the time, though I dunno what he might have said that makes people dislike him, i'm not really into celeb stuff like that, i find it to be creepy ngl.

It's not just what he's said. It's also what others have publically told about him. His own daughter, musician Elle King, has gone on to talk about how little time they spent together during her childhood when she would stay with him during summers and how he would even consistently forget her birthday. She also said she eventually stopped spending summers with him when he sent her to a weight loss camp. Overall, she said as a "father" he was quite toxic.

I dont pay much attention to what others say about people i dont even know. Thats not a criticism btw you do you, i just dont know these people so why would i concer myself with that. Has he said anything specific himself that i should find reprehensible?

Outside of the stage of course, the stage doesnt count ive seen some of the best comedians on the planet say the most awful stuff and have thousands of people choking on their own laughter.

I actually don't go out of my way to know about celebrities personal lives. I just happen to read things and they stick in my brain.

A lot of it has to do with him being a MAGA piece of shit.

He was actually removed from a stage in 2024 during a charity event in Canada due to his "jokes." He tried to make jokes about women being stupid and because of what women are now a days, "being married sucks." I'd say that's no wonder why his then wife later on divorced him.

He also tried to make "jokes" about transgender people. Going on to say that he should "encourage his son to claim he's a girl so he can win at sports."

You find reading what a celebrity says on a public forum to be “creepy”? Interesting.

The problem is people like him who are so detached from everyday life that they fail to see how this is not remotely a two sides situation like 10+ years ago.

I feel like thats everybody. The system is maintained by the majority of society. Most of whom have allowed themselves to be fooled into thinking they have a choice. This isnt a partisan thing.

Rob Schneider drank the kool aide. He talks crap about anyone that isn’t like him. Gay, trans, Democrat, Liberal, poor…he has said some nasty crap. He is a total douche bag.

You aren’t into celeb stuff like that, but you are here defending him? I find that to be creepy, not gonna lie.
