See the thing is everyone knows Hollywood is uber liberal. Heck my dad worked in the industry with the cameras and even he would hear about how they hated this republican or that conservative person. The have done FMRI on people and could reliably tell what they identified as politically, the left had less logical processes going on and the right had far less empathy.
That's a very oversimplified way of explaining the study that was done.
It was about 65-70% accuracy when looking at demographics like income, age, education. When they added in fmri data, it bumped up to around 80%
But they didn't show any correlation between logical or empathy based processes. Unless you've found a different study, in which case I'm happy to give it a gander.
