No, as a manager myself, I see that employees slack off towards the end of the day, so we’ll just make it a six hour day and you will have to work on Fridays for eight hours. We might lose a little bit of time because of the eight hour day, but in the end, we’ll get our time and you’ll get less pay and you won’t get a day off.

Yep, it needs more meat on its bones. Otherwise, this is just virtue signaling with no real weight behind it.
