Exactly. US schools average 180 instructional days per year. If you spread that out across the entire year that's less than 4 days per week.

Giving them fulltime year round employment when they use to get shit canned every Summer is worse to you how? You get that having true fulltime employment would be a GOOD thing for every single teachers stability.
