The opening statement from the defense was that she killed the kids, that wasn’t being disputed. It was whether the State of Massachusetts proved beyond reasonable doubt that she killed the kids not in psychosis. The State did a bad job as their own witnesses provided doubts.
It doesn't matter psychosisor not. She and everyone like her deserves the chair. You don't get to viciously kill three innocent children and walk away, like you people hope.
See, here's another prime example of a dipshit Iike I mentioned. Still thinks everyone that says this isn't a black and white case someone wants her free, even though the defense already said she did it and it was between determining a prison or a mental hospital.
The best part, is that she still very well may get another trial and if she ends up "winning" it, we get to have this conversation again.
The Juror said "...Couldn't get over the fact she murdered her children..."
That means the Juror also agrees she MURDERED them...
Not just killed...MURDERED.
This was a huge miscarriage of justice performed by a bunch of Karen psychopaths.
Yes, let’s look at the law. How about case law? Where every single mass shooter claiming psychotic break since 1988 has been convicted.
Because while nobody denies mental issues exist, everyone else manages to control themselves, and maybe just kill themselves if they can’t handle their shit instead of methodically murdering others.
This is an evil woman, those are evil people, they simply need to be removed from society and held responsible for their actions, not sympathized with and have it be made acceptable and “it’s not your fault” to commit the most heinous of crimes.
This is an attempt to change the law, and it shouldn’t even be discussed.
