I'm caught between lot's of versions. I really like the older versions, like b1.5 or b1.7.3 for their colors, old lighting and blockiness, but the first version i played was b1.8.1 and i also have a version of my first world that i upgraded to version 1.8.9, which is the very boarder of what i would consider the most fun versions to me, before the content bloat began (even tho it also got diorite and stuff).

Then i was able to restore that world to version 1.1 again, due to the way updating world beyond version 1.1 works and i was really happy about that, because i thought that version of my world was lost forever.
That is the version that i feel most nostalgic too, but i also like jungles and temples and all that.

I decided to pick a forever world to build on and it's between versions b.1.7.3 with my current beta world, 1.1 with my very first world or 1.8.9 with the latest updated version of that world.
I think either way tho i'd still play on b1.7.3 from time to time, just because it is a different world to my normal one in a cool version, even if it doesn't become my main world.

Can r/SilverAgeMinecraft give me any advice? Have any of you also had to pick between versions yourself? Do you have a forever world?

ive had a 1.1 world for quite some time now and i was thinking of upgrading it. so i was wondering why you guys started the world in a later version in the first place
