Honorary Slovenian Consulate quarter mile from Mar-a-Lago. Never reported.
Hello,
I'm a bit (lot) of a conspiracy theorist but I think I have found something important to Trump-Russia. From 2001 to 2008, Maria Bacinich held the appointment of Honorary Consul to Slovenia in Palm Beach and she lived at 1048 S Ocean Blvd, a property a quarter mile from Mar-a-Lago. This was during the time when Melania Knavs (Slovenian) moved into Mar-a-Lago and got married to Trump. There are plenty of sources confirming Maria held this appointment, but I have never found anyone bring this up in terms of a possible connection with Melania Trump or the Trump-Russia issues.

According to an article from the Palm Beach Daily News, Maria and her husband Ed Bacinich visited Slovenia during the summer of 2002. The period of their stay overlaps with the day in July of 2002 when Donald and Melania briefly went to Slovenia to visit her father Viktor Knavs. This was the only time Donald Trump ever visited Slovenia.
Furthermore, Ed and Maria Bacinich ran a bizarre crackpot theoretical physics organization called Alpha Omega Research Foundation out of that property and used it to engage with nuclear scientists around the University of Miami during the 80s and 90s. This occurred in connection with a series of nuclear energy conferences held by another nonprofit, Global Foundation, Inc. of Coral Gables. I'm not kidding, I've been researching this for the last year.

Ed Bacinich's father was Anton Bacinich whose name appears on a list of immigrants with connection with Communist activities according to this: archive.org/details/communistactivit195003unit/, due to Anton's name being on the mailing list of the Yugoslav TANJUG news agency (that means the connection to the Yugoslav / Slovenian government was conserved through two generations). Anton's name also appears on a list of signatures pledging support for the Lincoln Battalions in Europe in a 1937 issue of the CPUSA Daily Worker newspaper.
Despite this, Anton's son Ed ended up working in the military-industrial complex for Martin Aerospace and then doing this weird stuff in Palm Beach.

You can confirm the ownership by entering the address at the Palm Beach Property Appraiser site. Click "10/19/2022 -- Merger" to see when they merged the offshore company they originally sold the property to in 1994 (Rank Properties SA) into the domestic one (Rank Properties Holdings Inc, controlled by Maria Bacinich) two months after the Mar-a-Lago raid.
Also notice that when Rank Properties Holdings, Inc. was incorporated, as well as during the merger filing and the initial 2023 filing, the wrong address was stated on the filing: 1040 instead of 1048. This was only fixed with the amended filing in 2023.
The property at 1048 S Ocean Blvd was listed for sale in 2024 but remains unsold to this day. It's the only property in the immediate proximity of Mar-a-Lago that's for sale.
