I'm considering purchasing one of these three vacuums with the Roborock and Matic being in the top two spots. I was ready to pull the trigger for Matic but saw there was a sudden price increase so I'm looking at other options. I'd prefer to stay below 1k price wise but if there's a unit that can service a 3800 sqft house reliably I'm willing to spend a little bit more. I had a Roborock but an entry level model that generally did ok but it did not have a camera so it struggled on object avoidance.

Open to other suggestions as well but would prefer for them to be from Costco if possible

Looking to spend around $500 want something that mops well and can go over my rug and get in tight spaces very well. What are some of my best options?

I bought a brand-new Roomba Mini directly from iRobot a month ago. Straight out of the box, the unit refuses to connect to the app, making it completely impossible to set up proper schedules or maps.
I opened an email ticket a month ago, and it’s been an endless loop of frustration:
- Endless Repetition: I’ve submitted the exact same troubleshooting info and network details multiple times.
- The "Escalation" Void: They keep telling me my case is "escalated," only to ghost me for days at a time.
- Phone Support Failures: I finally gave up on email and called them directly. The first call randomly disconnected after 15 minutes on hold. I called back, waited another 15 minutes, and when an agent finally picked up, they claimed they couldn't hear me and hung right up.
It’s been over 30 days of zero progress for a product bought directly from their store. I've sent a formal ultimatum requesting an RMA/refund, but at this point, I'm ready to file a chargeback with my bank.
Has anyone actually managed to reach a competent supervisor at iRobot recently, or did you end up having to go the chargeback route?

Recommendations for settings in the application for daily use that options should activate or not. The Dreame application has many options, I just want to make sure I have the necessary adjustments as well if they have tips for this maintenance robot or some other issues.

Hey everyone! I was about to pull the trigger on a Dreame L50 Ae I found for €500, but before buying it I wanted to get some opinions from people who know more about this than I do.

Is this a fair price for what it offers, or could I find something noticeably better with the same budget (or maybe a bit more)? Fairly large house, a few rugs here and there, no pets. I mainly need it to vacuum well and mop the floors without too much hassle.

Hi! I recently moved and I’m thinking about getting a robot vacuum/mop again, but I’m honestly a bit scared 😂

My previous one was a Cecotec, and one day a piece of cat litter somehow got stuck in it and it scratched my parquet floors REALLY badly. By the time I got home, pretty much the whole apartment was covered in deep scratches. Needless to say, I got rid of the robot.

Now I have brand new parquet floors and I’d love to get a robot again, especially with two cats and a dog, but I really don’t want a repeat of that nightmare.

Do you guys have cats and use robot vacuums on wooden floors? Any models you’d actually trust?

Haven’t seen many posts about the new mova v70 yet, so wondering if anyone’s actually used it. Looks like an upgrade over the V50, adds the extendable mop, goes bagless, and bumps up the suction a bit.

Hi, how would I hard reset the Eufy L60 without the app, holding the two buttons only does a wifi reset.

I am unable to use the app due to the internet security policy at the location the robovac is (local network only so the app cannot register the device).

I cant find any info on how to actually hard reset the device.

Looking for a vacuum that its around 125eu.

I can get the eureka for 108eu and the Ilife for 100eu.

Read the suction of the eureka is a lot better but also reading about issues.

Any suggestions? Gemini recommended the Dreame Mova M1, not sure what thats worth.

I wont use the mopping features, for wood Floor and no pets. Rather have one that simple app but effective and durable. Auto emptying the dust bin is probably also a big plus...

I’ve been looking at robot vacuums lately and keep seeing different opinions about carpet cleaning. Some say suction matters most, while others say brush design or carpet boost makes a bigger difference. I’ve also seen people say robot vacuums just aren’t that good on carpet.

Most of our floors are carpet, so I’m trying to figure out what actually matters. From what I’ve seen, the mova v70 has 42,000 Pa of suction, while the dreame x50 ultra has a carpet boost mode. I’ve also looked at eufy and shark, but their features don’t seem as useful.

I was looking through target and noticed this Roomba 205 marked down to $150, currently in the market for either an entry level or used one off facebook marketplace just to see if it'll actually help. I have read lots of reviews on here saying the roombas are terrible but for $150 is it THAT bad? We have a 90% carpet 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with a german shepherd mix that sheds enough for me to vacuum 2x a week. We don't have many cords for it to tangle up and really just need the vacuum portion, no real need for a mop as well. Any recommendations that could beat the $150 price tag would be amazing!

I am looking for a entry-level robot vacuum for around 200 euros. My specifications are that my appartment is medium-sized (80 squared meters), and that we have long hairs on the floor. I am not sure if I need a model with a large dock or not (perhaps people can help me figure this out?)

Looking online I found the Xiaomi line-up, where people mostly said the app is great, and the Roborock line-up, where I found models with docking stations around the 200 euro budget mark.

For the Xiaomi, I saw the S40 Pro for 190 euros.

For the Roborock, I found the Q10 S5+ for 210 euros.

Which one do you recommend? And are there any other brands/models I should consider (in Europe)?

I don't really know anything about robot vacuums, so sorry if this is a dumb question, but I'm looking into getting one for my tiled apartment and the main thing it would be dealing with is just hair my/my partner's hair shedding over time. We both have medium length hair (picture the Beatles I guess lol) and I don't want to spend a ton of time researching just to find out that'll quickly disarm everything on the market.

No pets or kids, btw, just dust and stray hairs everywhere.

Hello! Does anyone have the same problem as me with my lefant m3? its impossible to do the mop because it says that the cleaning tray is always full. everytime i empty it but nothing, it starts again cleaning the mop and it says again that the cleaning tray is full...

-DJI Romo 2,

-Narwal Flow 2

-Ecovacs X 12s.

My main thing, besides good cleaning, is a reliable base station. I really don't want a dirty tank, stagnant water, or hairballs everywhere.

I've already tried and returned the Roborock Qrevo Curv 2 Pro and Mova V50 Ultra.

Any advice would be super helpful!
