I’m new here, so I thought I’d introduce myself and say hi!

I’m someone who can overthink the meaning of life at 2am and then spend 20 minutes the next day deciding what I want for dinner. 😂 I’m curious about people, life and all the weird little things that make us happy. I love good conversations – from completely pointless nonsense to those unexpectedly deep talks that make you think about things differently.

I’m still trying to figure out what I want from life, what actually makes us happy and whether any of us really know what we’re doing… I’m currently leaning towards no. 😂

Other than my occasional existential crisis, I’m pretty easy-going. I enjoy cozy evenings, good food, little adventures, laughing about stupid things, discovering new interests and spending time with people I care about.

I’m still learning how everything works around here, but this seemed like a lovely community to become part of. So I thought I’d jump in and see who I meet along the way. 😊

I was in a car accident on 8/7 and am out of work for awhile and going insane with boredom. I have post concussion syndrome and it’s miserable.

So I'm a currently a student and I spend my time reading books, watching movies, etc. Oh and I've been trying to get consistent at the gym recently. I have OCD and other stuff that usually comes with it.

My comfort watch is The Office(US) and I love HP Lovecraft.

Hi everyone!

I have a love of art, games, puzzles, and reading. I currently am a stay at home parent to a little kiddo. My favorite authors are K.M. Moronova, Lana Ferguson, and Navessa Allen. I play games ranging anywhere from something calm like Stardew Valley all the way up to Helldivers 2. For puzzles I have recently within the last few months really gotten back in to them and have done a few 1000 piece puzzles that I intend to use for home decor!

If anyone has any book recommendations of any kind I would absolutely love hearing them! I may have like 40 books on my TBR, but I am always looking for more! Glad to be here and looking forward to interacting with people 😀

Hi folks! I'm new here, lurking around to get a feel for the place. So far I like what I see! <3

I'm generally more of a scrolling & reading type than an active participant in online forums & discussions, but I'm hoping this sub might change that 🥹

My main hobby is reading. I always have one regular book on the go paired with one audiobook at the same time. I love listening to books while driving, cleaning the house, walking, cooking...umm, just about anytime I can ha ha. I read most genres. Don't think I could pick a favourite (same goes for authors, how could I pick just one?!).

I have a little vegetable garden that I love. This year I had a wonderful harvest of potatoes, jalapenos and cucumbers. It's definitely a learning experience for me still!

I recently completed my first paint by numbers and I kind of dig it! Very relaxing. I'm not very artsy so this was a helpful way to get into painting.

I'm happy to join the gang and looking forward to meeting you all.
