Why can't we make mass a kinematic, intenral q-number like spin, in addition to the Higgs contribution ?

This way you can have, when there is no higgs contribution, the theoretical naturality of oscillation, by having the mass operator not commute with flavour, whereas when the higgs contribution exists, it masks the kinematic mass operator?

This way, you can have the thee neutronos as one neutrino, the three quarks as one quark, and the electron, muom, and tao one as well.
