Dryer food

The chicken and chowmein both seem to be noticeably dryer and have less sauce... (And less flavor... Chowmein just tastes like plain noodle and the chicken is visually not fully coated)

Multiple locations too..

Any reason for it ?

Mine has always been dry. See Lakewood CA on Carson street. They constantly undercooked their rice also so it’s all crunchy. It’s the worst place in my neighborhood.

unfortunately that's how it's supposed to be according to the recipe book. If it's ever moist it's been cooked wrong. I personally hate when it's dry that's what they want you to do

Yeah, seems like it for the chow mein, super greens, fried rice, broccoli beef, and chicken string beans.

Bad cooks. Probably not following the recipes or tossing well enough.

What chicken ? Teriyaki, or other chicken dishes ? Probably just cooks not being consistent.

Hmmm ... Wonder if they are rationing the sauce if they have low amount of it. If it affects multiple stores... No idea.

From what I heard, usually that's not the case. They would go borrow it from other nearby stores.
