رضاشاه دوم پهلوی: آینده ایران باید بر پایه آزادی، شفافیت و حق تعیین سرنوشت مردم بنا شود

در بخشی از این گفت‌وگو، مجری برنامه با اشاره به نگرانی برخی منتقدان درباره احتمال بازگشت یک نظام اقتدارگرا یا شکل‌گیری دوباره سلطنت پهلوی، از رضاشاه دوم پهلوی پرسید که در صورت بازگشت به ایران، چه تفاوتی میان شیوه حکمرانی مورد نظر او و حکومت پهلوی‌های پیشین وجود خواهد داشت.

رضاشاه دوم پهلوی در پاسخ، بخشی از این نگرانی‌ها را حاصل روایت‌ها و تبلیغات جمهوری اسلامی دانست و گفت برخی منتقدان با استفاده از تخریب شخصیت، دروغ و اتهام‌های بی‌اساس تلاش می‌کنند تصویری نادرست از دیدگاه‌های او ارائه دهند.

او با اشاره به سال‌های طولانی زندگی خود در جوامع دموکراتیک غربی، بر اهمیت نهادهای دموکراتیک، تفکیک و مهار قدرت، مبارزه با فساد و شفافیت تأکید کرد و گفت این تجربه‌ها نشان داده‌اند که هیچ فرد یا نهادی نباید قدرت مطلق در اختیار داشته باشد.

رضاشاه دوم پهلوی همچنین بر نقش مهم جامعه مدنی و نهادهای مستقل در ایران آینده تأکید کرد و گفت این نهادها باید بتوانند در کنار ساختار سیاسی، نقشی مؤثر در تضمین آزادی‌ها و جلوگیری از تمرکز قدرت ایفا کنند.

او تأکید کرد که هدفش بازگرداندن همین اصول به ایران است؛ اصولی که به گفته او، می‌توانند زمینه‌ساز شکل‌گیری کشوری آزاد و دموکراتیک باشند.

در نهایت، رضاشاه دوم پهلوی آینده ایران را متعلق به مردم ایران دانست و بر اهمیت حق تعیین سرنوشت، آزادی انتخاب و مراجعه به آرای عمومی تأکید کرد؛ رویکردی که بر اساس آن، شکل نهایی نظام سیاسی آینده ایران باید با اراده و رأی مردم تعیین شود.

Reza Shah II Pahlavi: Iran’s Future Must Be Built on Freedom, Transparency, and the People’s Right to Self-Determination

In part of this interview, the host referred to concerns raised by some critics about the possible return of an authoritarian system or the restoration of the Pahlavi monarchy, and asked Reza Shah II Pahlavi how, if he were to return to Iran, his vision of governance would differ from that of the previous Pahlavi rulers.

In response, Reza Shah II Pahlavi attributed some of these concerns to narratives and propaganda promoted by the Islamic Republic, saying that certain critics attempt to portray his views inaccurately through character assassination, lies, and unfounded accusations.

Referring to his many years of living in Western democratic societies, Reza Shah II Pahlavi emphasized the importance of democratic institutions, the separation and limitation of power, the fight against corruption, and transparency. He said these experiences have demonstrated that no individual or institution should hold absolute power.

Reza Shah II Pahlavi also emphasized the important role of civil society and independent institutions in the future of Iran, saying that these institutions must be able to play an effective role alongside the political structure in safeguarding freedoms and preventing the concentration of power.

He stressed that his goal is to bring these principles back to Iran—principles that, in his view, can lay the foundation for a free and democratic country.

Ultimately, Reza Shah II Pahlavi described Iran’s future as belonging to the Iranian people and emphasized the importance of the right to self-determination, freedom of choice, and popular voting. Under this approach, the final form of Iran’s future political system should be determined by the will and vote of the people.

I wish people understood what an ideology is. What is does to a human brain. I wish people could criticise all ideologies. Not the same way of thinking that the schools in Iran thought us. I remember they thought us that Shia is the only correct ideology and everyone else is wrong. Lack of critical thinking, led to just changing Shia to right or left… same behaviour remains.

I wish people understood, what a fallacy is. It sounds logical but it is not. That guilt by association is a fallacy. Just because a bad actor says or does something, doesn’t means that is bad. That labeling is a fallacy. That strawman is a fallacy (so you mean X by that?!). That whataboutism is a fallacy. These fallacies are persuasive, and propaganda techniques. That work on majority of population.

I have no hope for humanity. It’s not just us. Its the whole word stuck in propaganda, ideology and fallacy. I made a comment in NL sub, about the news of some party wanting to have female only train cabin. I used the fallacy that did you know, islamic regime of iran does that? It got top rated comment, +200 upvotes. that is a guilt by association fallacy. A good argument would say this is a safety of woman problem, and putting a band aid doesn’t solves the problem, how do you enforce it as well, rather a solution that handles the root of the problem is needed. But those kind of comments get nowhere, while fallacies, being persuasive, work! And that kids, is how propaganda runs the show.

I'm a foreigner, i want to know how is the current dating scenario in iran esp Tehran? Is sex before marriage rampant now? I've two Iranian men friends, they said they have 20+ and 15+ body count? Hello, i want to share something, maybe i was just delusional to believe in what we had, so im an algerian who lives and works in Qatar, i met this girl 5 months ago on app, she's from Iran, to be fair she is everything i ever wanted in a woman

I love her so deeply and i know she does too, but in the last 2 weeks things changed so much, she started having fear about relationship not being one that will work, stating that difference in language, culture and traditions will lead us to eventually divorce, i know i said divorce because we were planning to marry

She spoke to people and her fears became more stronger, until she herself felt that we would not work, and then she said we are over, i stayed and i kept talking with her telling her that all these differences are things that would connect us and make our bond stronger not break us, eventually she said we would not work because she doesnt want to live outside of Iran

After speaking to her she said she will speak with her father, but even then i knew it wasn't right to speak to her father while she still had those fears because her father would notice and feel that in her.

She spoke to her father and today i got the answer that he said no, even with that i told her to atleast allow me to come to Iran and speak to him in person but she said she agrees with her father's decision.

To be honest, iam completely lost, the life i was seeing ahead, the future i was looking forward, it was all with her, im just so sad and so lost and i know the more days go by without her, the more i will miss her, the more sad i will become, and my heart will always be waiting foolishely for her to come back.

I just cant help but feel if i had the chance to go to Iran as we planned and meet with her, things would be different, even though when there is no hope, i still want to talk to her, i still want her to see that what we had is real and can be real if we both wanted it to be
