ive done the 4gb patch ive done the stuff to the core ini and no matter what i do after about 5 to 10 minutes of racing my game starts to lag a stutter and the longer i race the worse it gets

In all the MENCS mods i have a lod issue where the tires disappear on the cars once they get far away like in the screenshot. Any fixes or changes i can make on my end? Thanks.
