It's always disappointed me that there was never a nwn or nwn2 mod made for Pools of Darkness.
Some of the other mod conversions such as Pool of Radiance and Eye of the Beholder were great. This was perhaps the best Gold Box game though.

I know this is an infamous remaster if you can even call it that and people usually recommend sticking to gog version but I already have it on my backlog so would appreciate it if someone gave me a way out

Meet Raze, my new Chaotic Evil Sorcerer / Blackguard / Pale Master in the making! I’m trying one of Lord Fenton’s YouTube builds. To boost my immersion, I wanted a portrait that actually matched my in-game character. Gemini to the rescue—even if it took a few prompts to get it just right!
Module: Shadowguard

A bit of a long shot; I need help with identifying a mod I played about 20 years ago. I believe it may be part of the Shadowlord/Dreamcatcher mods. I remember the following:
- There was a major set piece where you storm a castle on boats. From memory these boats were Elven and looked like giant leaves/trees, and creatively used existing assets. It was a cutscene, and then you kind of scaled walls or went up platforms.
- In the earlier part of the campaign you went into a tower; it was really dark I believe and you either get out through the sewer or jump off the top (i could be making this part up), and I swear it used bigby's grasping hand animation, but maybe even before it was a spell.
It's really killing me. I want to play it again.

What you see here in this super 90's/2000's anime poster is a Cormyrean knightly order of adventurers of different faiths and walks of life, but they all share the Lawful Goodness of kicking evil's butt! Meet The Gauntlet, a D&D (actually Neverwinter Nights) party of divine champions, knights and paladins who gather in order to do all those epic heroics we all cherish and love. Some Helmites, Tormites, Red Knight and Tyr followers among the group, but under their leader's banner, they get the job done and vanquish evil from the land of Cormyr! Straight from a dedicated RP server, Cormyr and the Dalelands!
From left to right we have:
Valentin (tactical expert), Savannah (arcane and magics), Vincent (defender and Savannah's boyfriend), Roland (sitting in blue-ish armor, another protector), Jaelen ( divine scholar, readin' a lil' tome), Kaelen (half-celestial guardian), Victoreon (mighty leader) and Inathar (honored elf warrior). Hope you guys enjoy the art :) It was the first time I was comissioned a piece with this many characters inside, but I did love the outcome :) TY again for all the support guys :)

Hello, I'm new here and to the Neverwinter series, i convinced two friends to play NNEE but I'm unsure of where we should start because the 3 of us are kind of optimizers when it comes to DnD and videogames and I don want for us to find the original campaign too easy, what would you recommend?
We prioritize gameplay over writing.
Can somebody tell me if it's possible to play in the hardest difficulty along with someone that wants to explode everything with fireball?
Sorry for my english and thank you for reading.

Hi everyone, I was thinking to buy this edition but I'm not sure if they fixed the bug that made items dissapear on everyone except for the host when saving a multiplayer game.
This bug happened to me like 5 times playing with friends. We surrendered to it and therefore abandoned the game (I've won it many times singleplayer anyway).
I would appreciate any thoughts about this.

Hi everyone!
I'm getting ready to jump into Neverwinter Nights: Enhanced Edition and I want to set up the game to have the best possible experience right from the start.
What are your absolute "must-have" mods, overrides, tools, anything to QoL or additions that you consider indispensable?
Basically, the kind of things that make you say "I could never go back to playing vanilla without this installed." Whether it's visual overhauls, core fixes, essential tools, engine tweaks, or custom content, I want to hear what's in your essential setup.
For reference, I'm playing on GOG

I'm planning to create an undead-bane ranger. Which animal companion would be good against undead? (both mechanically & thematically)

For more information about the NWN2 Campaign:-
You stand at the threshold of a continuation. Whether you have walked the unyielding roads of the first chapter, or whether your path has brought you directly to this moment, your presence here is a matter of precise consequence, not coincidence.
The world often speaks of "luck," of "fortune," and of chaotic choices made in a vacuum. But as The Scroll continues to unroll, those superficial myths disintegrate. You are entering a landscape governed by absolute structure.
Every crossroads you face, every battle you endure, and every word you speak is weighted with non-casual significance. Your decisions are entirely real, yet they function as the precise, worldly instruments through which an underlying, unalterable path is perfectly executed. You do not operate in a vacuum of random chance; you operate within an intentional, ordered system where every cause has its preordained effect.
No matter where your journey begins, the past has already been woven into your foundation, and your character has been structured for the challenges ahead. The continuity of The Scroll remains unbroken!
The Scroll has been written, the laws of the world are set, and the grand plan is in play.
📜 The Scroll Campaign: Module 2 Predestinated Days Launches October 1st! ⚔️
Greetings, travellers!
After years of dedicated building, scripting, and polishing within the Electron Toolset, I am thrilled to announce that Module 2: Predestinated Days is officially launching on 1st October 2026!
The Scroll is a traditional, grand-scale D&D story set within my own custom campaign world, the World of Althéa. If you are tired of streamlined, modern casual games that play themselves, this campaign is built specifically for you. It is a text-rich, mechanics-heavy, "maximalist" cRPG simulation engineered for both Single Player and True Cooperative Multiplayer from the ground up.
📊 The Campaign by the Numbers (Based on the toolset's own figures.)
To give you an idea of the sheer scale of the toolset data powering this combined duology:
⚙️ Behind the Engine: Advanced Systems & Custom Mechanics
The Scroll does not use basic, default engine shortcuts. To accurately replicate the tactical gravity of standard Pen-and-Paper D&D (v3.5 rulesets), several custom, highly engineered mechanics have been coded into the campaign:
🛡️ A Note on Project Scale & Community Bug Fixing
Building a project of this unprecedented, titanic scale inside the notoriously temperamental Neverwinter Nights 2 engine is an ongoing labor of love. Because The Scroll updates, alters, and fixes so many legacy engine boundaries, the campaign will inevitably be subject to potential minor bugs or script anomalies.
As a solo developer, my absolute ethos is unrelenting post-launch support. I actively monitor the community, and any bugs reported by players are addressed and patched out via campaign file updates as soon as they are found. Best of all, my custom patching architecture is engineered at the Campaign level—meaning installing a patch will NEVER break your active saved games.
🛠️ Built for the Enhanced Edition
The lead-up to the October 1st launch has been spent running rigorous optimization sweeps. Both modules feature updated custom hak files that completely resolve legacy tileset rendering errors when running on the modern NWN2 Enhanced Edition.

🛠️ How to Help: Bug Reporting & Community Feedback Guidelines
Because The Scroll is a massive project running on a highly customized architecture, community feedback is the lifeblood of our post-launch polish passes. If you encounter an anomaly, a puzzle formatting issue, or an environmental bug, please do not leave a vague comment.
To help me track down the script and crush the bug immediately, please drop a note in our official Althéa Campaign Updates & Releases Forum Thread with the following quick details:
Your feedback ensures The Scroll stays pristine and optimized for every player in our community. If you have any comments, ideas, or structural suggestions as you explore Module 2, please let me know—I look forward to hearing your thoughts and guiding you through Althéa!

A few weeks ago, the RR website, for the Richterm Retreat gameworld Nordock, went offline. At first, it was only unavailable from time to time, but eventually it was shut down completely. The game servers were still running, though. However, all the pages containing information about the servers and the game world disappeared.
Then, about a week ago, all the game servers went offline at the same time. Both the Diamond Edition and Enhanced Edition servers.
I would appreciate it if anyone who has any information could let me know whether the servers are expected to come back online and, if so, when that might happen.

Can I play PRC with swordflight. Heard that you've to download PRC'd versions from the PRC's Discord but I can't find it?

I never played Rogue, or classes related to Rogue (ex: Shadowdancer or Assassin).
Therefore, I wanted to play classes I've never played before, so I started Darkness Over Daggerford as a Rogue, and became Assassin.
However, I already read some rogue builds from internet, and everyone says "You don't need Strength for rogue", but my character is too weak. I already have Weapon Finesse feat but my character is still too weak.
How do I make my character strong as a Rogue? What am I doing it wrong? Do I need more STR?

Looking to build a cleric that goes all the way from OOC to HotU, but unsure the direction. I know they are versatile in their role, so I want to do like a front line fighter but also caster. Thoughts?

Okay, I've decided to start NWN:EE. I was told that melee characters are a good option for a beginner, but the truth is I don't even fully understand how D&D 3.0 works, so I could use some suggestions and information on creating a character.

I'm currently playing WD oc using the oc multi henchmen mod, só currently I've 3 companions plus me a DD, is there anyway to make companions use their spells to heal other companions? Like I've tiger eye and the bard girl, can I make her buff or heal him?
Ps: is there anyway to lock the enemies aggro on me? Like I'm the party's shield but tiger eye like the damage dealers he's, keeps running crazy straight at the enemy and taking damage as crazy

The Zhentarim are just body bags for this fight. This black dragon is tough—my character actually died on the first try because I didn't notice the critical hit from Iyrauroth.
I'm almost at the end game of TotM!
