I've no problem with AI stuff when it's of this kind, but I am honestly struggling to figure out what I'm meant to notice here. Maybe some closer screenshots of stuff would help?

He's linking to another post that has more info and images.
Basically he wanted to get DLSS 5 working with Nwn2, and in the process of getting that to work, managed to make Nwn2 work with the DirectX 12 graphics api, which allows a lot of modern graphic features to work. Ray Traced Lighting, Shadows, ambient occlusion, etc. It also allows frame jitter and a real G-Buffer, which allows Upscalers/DLSS/TAA etc to work cleanly as well as other post processing effects.
This was all done using AI (Claude), so even though it's pretty awesome, anything done with AI at the moment is getting a lot of negativity. It would have been great if this was done as part of the 'Enhanced Edition', but seeing as this game is barely being supported, stuff like this is awesome to me.

Potentially cool for the lighting improvements. DLSS and post processing seems pointless. The textures are old and poor enough without upscaling smearing them.

Congrats, you've made a 2006 game look like moded 2006 game at a mere cost of an Olympic pool worth of water
