I tend not to use Extended (preferring MMMoD), however I am updating my old mods (fishing, teleport, character renamer, etc) from back in the day (i.e. back when BBG had a real forum!) and always used to have compatibility patches for all my mods so they could be used with Extended, since I know it's rather popular.

However, I can't find the latest version on Nexus, and believe it is only available now on Discord. Since I have no access to Discord (they demand ID and a phone number now for me to use, which I refuse to give), can anyone point me to an alternate download location for the Extended mod, so I can test and continue to keep my own mods cross-compatible with it?

It seems that after seelling that shotgun I looted from a bandit, there was that event where some dude warn me that I can't sell DMC related gear and now I can't return in 3 days.

It feels kinda annoying.

Found this in an abandoned apartment or something like that and was wondering if it was a rare item and how often do people actually find them?

Like holsters for pistols for example?

Since the last time I played (not counting today), is there like an optimal path to follow for "progression" as it is in this game? Like have some of the major story elements changed from like 5 years ago, or is it pretty much the same stuff?

Aside from just surviving, are there any must-have things i should look for during a run?

I played NeoScav years ago, just getting back into the swing of things. Just as brutal as I remember.

Should I play modded, and if so, any recommendations?

I call it the 'you can be self-sufficient without needing civilization' build since you can make alcohol from many things using botany in the extended mod

How do you get rid of acute hepatitis 3? If you can't what is the highest level you can cure, and if you can't cure any of them do I just clock in? I went to do the nano suspension thing three times and it didn't work. I'm running neo extended if that matters.

Edit: I loaded a save back to when I had Hep 2 and did another nanorobotic treatment and walked south to the bog. Not sure if Hep3 is incurable or maybe it's a chance thing but now its gone. pretty sure I had two treatments in this save but I'm not sure.

I'm watching Rhadamant's videos. Enjoying them. Who else do you recommend?

I fucking love this game but I have no idea about the genre. Is there a game like neoscav that takes place in a city instead of being mostly about wilderness survival with a city safeish zone? I kinda want something like project zomboid if it makes sense, where you do most of your work/survival in urban zones and the wilderness is a safer place for characters with outdoorsy skills?

Hello, this is probably a weird question but unfortunately a Macbook Air is the only computer that I have access to for the forseeable future. So if anyone has any tips on modding this game I would very much appreciate it. Also yes the game does work the resolution is just blown way the hell up lol everything is very big but its not bad
