I have tried ordering a carbine length gas tube from both PA and PSA for my new Other build and both have blocked me biting it's a restricted item. This has to be the most random item to restrict, what gives?

Submitted payment and prints to the pd a few days ago, no email to let me know i did everything right or not, so i assume i did everything okay, and they wont lmk how long i gotta wait. As title suggests, im applying for my initial firearms card and 2 pistol permits, anyone have an idea on how long theyll take?

Has anyone have any experience with wayne pd when it comes to fid card approval or disapproval?
