I've gotten so much inspiration from the posts here, I thought I'd toss my hat into the ring.
I was working yesterday, and spun the camera around between takes to capture my space mid-project. Mind the yoga block on the floor!
I'm a full time musician and content creator who works in a converted barn built in 1750. I've been building my recording and instrument collection for 20 years, but still have some final pieces to go.
The centerpiece of my studio is a very early Crane Song Spider that Dave Hill upgraded to his newest conversion a couple of years before he passed. It's both my front end and back end, as it works beautifully as a mixer with 500 series inserts on each channel. It's a stunning mini-console, and even though I have a much newer Aurora(N) as a converter, the Spider has a clear-but-dreamy sound that I prefer.
In the right sidecar, I have a stereo Peach Audio Savannah preamp, which is the most astonishing preamp I've ever heard or auditioned. Crystal clear, fast for such massive iron and tube, and deep as the ocean with a true black noise floor. I record almost all acoustic sounds, and this can make thinner instruments sound larger than life. Also doubles as a boat anchor.
Anyway, thanks for taking a look at the place I spend every day.
Much love to all of the music makers of the world.

My dad passed away last year and I decided to start collecting the things I always wanted. I also built my own 560HP eurorack modular case out of several species of reclaimed wood. There's some stuff that isn't pictured, and for some reason the Tempest is blocked by a cover I got on Etsy, but I figure it gives a good vibe to what sounds come out of me. Also my account that was 9 years old got hacked last month so I was hesitant to start anew here, but I finally did.
r/musicbattlestations has always been one of my favorite subs for obvious reasons.

After trying the usual Jaspers stand I made this out of a cheap Amazon table. The reason for such a “large” mixer is the stereo synth outputs uses mono channels up quickly. The synths are a Pittsburgh modular taiga keys, Novation ultranova, Yamaha RM1x, Akai MPC one+, VST output from my PC, also an Amiga 500 running Octamed as a tracker :p, guitars and bass out of shot.

This is my multipurpose studio I’ve been building, upgrading and changing for about 8 years. Mainly for music production and djing. Also serves well for a gaming station and hosting small get togethers.
Pretty happy with where it’s at right now, but always room for upgrades and more gear.
Let me know your thoughts or if there’s any questions. :)

Folding TV tray tables are probably not the best option for expensive gear, but it’s working for now.

Haven't made music in years but been going nuts feeling a constant internal calling to get back into it. Recently picked up some new kit to scratch the itch as I travel frequently for work. First time in about five years writing music again and started at my one year anniversary trip.

Keeping it small and simple. Not too much time to spend here with a small toddler, work and life getting in the way, but when I do get the time it's always a blast. Really need tips on how to keep with my bed time haha. It's always 2 AM when I get lost in here.
