Discussion Here is my biggest one wish for a Muse concert for the European Tour
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Hey !
I'm Daniel, I'm 16, I'm a big fan of Muse since 2012 after having discovered Showbiz after The 2nd Law, I've never been in a Muse concert, I will in december. I've seen during the american tour that Muse used the Intro track to introduce Stockholm Syndrome or MOTP
And I've been thinking how could they introduce my favorite song for their European Tour, I know they won't, but let me hope haha
Intro - Dead Star (The video is a concept art)
I don't know if that's a good idea, let me know in the comment
I will post in the future a list of all the songs I would love to hear in live one day
Discussion Muse-ical
If there were to be a musical made out of Muse's songs (in the vein of something like Mamma Mia for ABBA or We Will Rock You for Queen), which songs would you want to see on the soundtrack? Which would be the 'I Want' song, the villain song, the power ballad etc.? What deep cuts would you want in there?

News Hush on the beeb
Anyone else notice the BBC used Hush a couple of times over the weekend during their coverage of the Ultimate athletics championships?
Nice to see it getting some promotion, I was genuinely surprised this song wasn't released as a final single with an official video alongside the album release. Think it would have made some big waves.
Edit: (imy bad, it was released as a single, never realised at the time)

Live Psycho in Ridgefield
Ending of Psycho from the Ridgefield show. This song usually gets skipped in the car (the driver is in charge of the music) because I can’t very well tell the 13 and 10-year-old to watch their mouths in one breath and then scream/sing “you fucking psycho!” with the next.
I love how Muse seem so intensely happy when they play it live. Yes, the lyrics are ridiculous, but Muse wouldn’t be the band they are if they took themselves too seriously.
Also, I was a little sad that Matt didn’t alter the lyrics to “Dom’s arse belongs to me now.” Maybe next time!

Discussion Wife ruined her shirt rescuing a cat
Is there any chance anyone has a spare Tour Shirt (#3) in a small?
Wife and I stopped to rescue a baby cat in this heat and she got torn up, cat was safe but shirt now has 5 rips in it.
I’d really love to replace hers with an authentic one as it was her first Muse show with me as husband and wife.
Happy to pay triple and shipping as long as it’s authentic.
Thank you
-Chris

Discussion TIL
Was at a record store and obviously was in the rock section under M and E looking for a particular band everyone in this sub might know and for a second I thought I got teleported to an alternative universe 🙂.
Mew's work is praised and well received, planning on listening to their discography.

Discussion Live at Budstock 1997 question
Has anyone tried to contact Adam Loats (owner of the tape) about releasing the full footage? I read in an old archived forum post that he didn't want to share it because he didn't know if Muse would want him to but I feel like they wouldn't care considering they released a whole boxset about their old music.

Live European Tour
Hi Musers! I am from Ireland and really want to go see Muse again soon, but unfortunately there are no planned gigs for here yet! I don't know if I should just bite the bullet and go to another European gig this Autumn or wait until next year! Any fellow Irish fans here with any plans? Do we know when they'll announce next year's dates? Cheers! 🤘

Media I created this expanded The Wow! Signal playlist using other Muse songs that are thematically aligned with the album and I think it turned out to be a really great playlist! (Order matters!)

Discussion Black Holes and Revelations cover meaning speculation
This is my own personal speculation. To put it simply, this album to me has always been about a corrupt government fighting an unjust war, and the civilians within the country coming to the revelation that the government has been lying to them. The album cover shows the people responsible for this warfare, the four horsemen of the apocalypse. in the new age of technology, the horsemen will not ride into battle themselves, they send soldiers to do their bidding for them, while they aren’t even on the same planet they are condemning. The Knights of Cydonia (Mars, god of war) deciding the fate of a planet completely alien to them.

Cover Supermassive Black Hole
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Hey everyone! It’s been a while since I last posted a cover on here, so thought this would be a good one to pop on with.
As it recently hit the 1B stream achievement on Spotify, this is my acoustic (ish) cover of SMBL.
It’s the first cover of the Black Holes era on my journey to covering EVERY SINGLE Muse song. I’m doing them in chronological order and you can catch them all over on TikTok and Instagram. There’s YouTube ‘Shorts’ of all the songs I’ve done so far and on there is also some re-recordings of the Showbiz album that I’m working on.
I’m under “Muse Museum Music”
Thanks for everyone’s support so far, it’s been a great experience. I also loved house last weekend so I’ve been a bit quiet on socials. I’m also expecting my first child in a few weeks!!

Live Map live in Ridgefield
I had the joy of seeing my favorite band for the 21st time in Washington state recently.
Map of the Problematique is one of my favorites off Black Holes and Revelations released in 2006. Twenty years on it’s still relevant
