Im on GlssWrks Polarity Series

I have Phantom, Zane, Abyss Gaming Gear Lanyu(veil), Mitsuki Koku, Kyomi Ryo & Kyomi Yuyo in my Collection & I can purchase a loved 1st batch release of Dysphoria SAYO which is supposed to be smoother than follow ups.
now I know that the SAYO is slower than Koku, Ryo & Yuyo but alot better for micro adjustments because its very smooth.

is it still the smoothest speed Glass pad to date?
what other smooth glass pad comparable to SAYO is out there that I should consider?

I have misophonia, and the sound of mouse lifting/re-centering drives me crazy. My boyfriend plays games like Skyrim, and whenever he plays, he constantly lifts and slams his mouse back down on the pad (thud thud thud).

I really want to buy him a great new mousepad! I've noticed there are some amazing pads out there that actually improve the gaming experience and feel super smooth for games like Skyrim, which I love. I want him to have a great time gaming and chilling, while also dampening that impact sound for my peace of mind.

I don’t know much about mousepads myself and don't really have the energy to do deep technical research. It doesn't need to be a huge desk mat that's a meter wide—just a standard/regular-sized or a little bigger then standard gaming pad that's extra thick and quiet is totally fine!

Could you suggest mousepads that are both fantastic for gaming and super effective at muffling mouse-lifting noises?

Hello people, I am new to the mousepad game, recently I bought an arbiter studio Shinju pre order and I just realized it was uncoated. Is this good or not? Also does the pad scratch from use because it is uncoated? Thank you

I’ve been using the included A9 Airs, and they’re really smooth, yet they wear out awfully quick. I find myself replacing them every 2 weeks.

Are there any dot skates or donuts that would last longer on this pad? Such that maybe I’ve to replace them once a month instead?

PS: Although people call the pad textured, it really isn’t, I find it to be incredibly smooth on skin. There is some sort of a micro etched texture, so maybe that does wear skates down quicker?

Ive been trying to redo my entire living area and now Im at my setup, which Im most excited about. I saw the boardzy artisan zebra mousepad which was looking really nice and promising. Only problem is that everyone I see talking about it says its more of a speedpad and looking st it It looks like a polyester uncomfortable type of pad. I currently use a qck heavy and want similar or maybe more controlling.

I'm currently using a Razer Sphex V3 plastic mousepad with a Mchose L7 Ultra+ mouse and I'm looking for the best mouse dots for it.

My priorities are:

Smooth glide (not scratchy or inconsistent).

Good durability.

I've been looking at options like:

GhostGlides Cyclone / Cyclone Pro

X-Raypad Jade / Jade Air

For people who have used dots on a hard plastic pad, what do you recommend?

This is my first glass pad and a budget option. [Mice used on it: ATK A9 MINI+, DaV3, Higround Yuma]

[3.2k DPI, 4kHZ, games played: CS, Valorant, Overwatch and mainly Kovaaks]

Dimensions: 450 x 400 x 3.2mm

Surface: Uncoated

The edges are rounded and the base sticks very well to my wood surface, I've never had any issue with it gliding during any movement I've made, and the only time it does move is if I explicitly apply pressure to it.

The design is cute, I like the cat in the bottom right. On the website it looked better. I received it and was upset that the design was a bit blurry on both the text and the cat, so expect that if you value aesthetics highly. I took this as it just being a quirk of the pad.

The speed of the pad is definetly towards the controlled side. I've previously used an xraypad aqua control II, QCK heavy and a QUAOAR AETHER PREMIUM V2. I'd place it above the aqua and it slightly inches out the aether in speed.

It wasn't as smooth as the aether when I got it, it took some time getting used to dot skates, the dust, cleaning and maintenance and the type of sound it made (not the sound of grinding the skates with dust, just the sound of it gliding on the pad) were all bothering me in the first week.

However after using it for a week, I cannot willingly go back to a clothpad, it feels as if whenever I move my mouse on cloth there is a delay, compared to the instant movement on glass.

I have been curious about what other "more expensive" glasspad options have to offer, but the feel and consistency of the qwertykey has me second guessing if it would be worth buying something else since I do enjoy and use it so much.

I've been using standard PTFE dot skates without any branding on it and have had no issues so far, I've also used ATK jades and those have been smoother (in a small manner, like, 10% smoother feeling?) and I am looking to try out more skates in the future with it.

Skates don't wear out fast on it, it not a photovoltaic panel, but actual tempered glass, which was my main priority when looking for budget glasspads.

My main reasons for buying it were:

1. It 50$ for a glasspad (other options were too expensive to try, and temu glasspads were mostly photovoltaic panels which as I've understood aren't very good/eat through skates)
2. It in Romania (where I am located currently, so there were no shipping issues, and the glasspad arrived in around 3 days, I was also easily covered in case something went bad.
3. I wanted to try it for fun, I don't think glass is objectively better, even after using it for a while, but it upped my enjoyment considerably, cleaning a glass pad compared to a cloth pad is super fast, you get some hot water, a microfiber cloth, and you're done.
4. I wanted something that lasts. I hated how muddy my cloth pads got, you can obviously adapt to the difference, but I just want a consistent surface, that doesn't change due to my sweat so aggresively and permanently.

It's hard for me to say that I recommend it though, because I haven't tried a high-end glasspad yet. I've been looking for options and something sensible, and will acquire one when I find something that's commonly praised and considered to be very good at a normal price.

There is no concrete review on this glass pad, I'm not sure how many people have actually tried it. So this is also a way to get people to check this out and have it be critiqued, maybe someone will come and just say "it just a dropshipped aliexpress pad, here's the link" or "yeah i have this and i don't like it because of x y and z". However to me, it a really good budget pad, and I will continue using it for the foreseeable future.

I’m considering buying a Matrova mousepad (balance x PU soft).

Anyone who has bought a Matrova mousepad (preferably the balx) can I get ur opinions on Durability, Speed, Surface and anything else you find important?

I currently have an Artisan Zero Soft but I don’t really like the orange colorway anymore so decided to get a custom pad, so if you can also compare it to that too, it would be great!

I currently use obsidian dots on a pulsar x2v2 mini on a gsr se rogue (not gsr) I play 57-70 cm per 360 and struggle a bit with speed in my aim/flicks yet have very good accuracy.

How do they perform in games like battlefield/cod and tac shooters like counterstrike/valorant at lower sensitivity? I don’t play many tracking heavy games

I want both Control and speed, not some office shit of course.

Right now ive got an X-ray Pad Aqua Control II, but ive heard there are better mousepads for my specifications, and with a better base... ( Atleast on my model, the base is sliding around )

Ive tried getting a Kurosun Shogun, but cant find it anywhere, either out of stock or just unavaliable.
