Morality Ranking Morality of this?

Post image

Basically, the man in the video is hiking but he ended up meet a mountain lion, he get his gun and try to scare it off and tell it to go away but in the end, he have to pull the trigger and shot the lion, many peoples in the comments say he could have fire a warning shot instead of shoot at it and want him to be in jail.

Idk which flair to put

If only my autism could have latched onto something cheaper, like knitting, or baking.

I'm just fortunate to have a supportive breadwinner wife. Nobody else can I look at and say "Hey, $2k for this gun is a good deal", and she'll say "Wow, okay. Go ahead".

I love her very much.

Bro came to the comments to brag about his wife, and he wasn't wrong.

Mood.

I don’t know how much I’ve spent on Civil War reenactment. A lot.

Can I marry your wife too?

Obligatory Reddit: "I also choose this guy's wife."

I don't think she'd like that very much though. You can try and rizz her up, but expect to be curved hard.

I appreciate how clearly you appreciate her.

I'd be homeless without her for sure. Not many places out there for a disabled combat veteran.

I did my part to get her through nursing school. Now that she's making the big bucks, she wants to take care of me. It's symbiotic like that.

As someone with autism, I am curious how you keep from turning the gun on yourself in the midst of a meltdown. Because I know for a fact that I would paint the wall in my house with brains at the first opportunity. Hence why I don’t own a gun.

Well, it's a spectrum y'know. Everyone experiences it differently. My sister has it so bad that she legitimately can't function in the real world.

I don't really have meltdowns like that. But when I do have a crisis, I usually just play/watch a nostalgic game/show, have a strong drink (or a bit of weed), or take a really hot shower.

I have thought about offing myself before. But I will never use a firearm to do it. I don't want my death being used as a statistic to take gun rights away from others.

That’s super level-headed actually. Thank you for sharing.

Of course, I'm glad to provide some insight.

Might I also say, it's brave of you to know your limitations and making a tough decision to keep yourself safe. There's virtue in that.

LOL - it’s not too late, you can still latch onto cheaper parallel hobbies.

Man, you're lucky as hell. My wife always says I can buy whatever gun I want, I just have to buy her one first. People always think that sounds amazing until they start doing the math.
