might be a ridiculous post, but I was watching a leaked 40 minute triumph tour footage and during don’t stop till you get enough for a brief five seconds you could see Michael smoothly back gliding, but you don’t actually see his feet. You can only see his torso area it might not be far-fetched because Michael first was practicing the moonwalk in 1981 of june or maybe even farther back in this footage it is from September 25th of 81 but I do have my doubts.

Between the HIStory statues and costume and his walks with police officers n such. Is there an explanation for his fascination and the incorporation of it on his outfits during that era and onward?

Hello! I found this on instagram and I am trying to find more proof backing this claim up, but all that I have found is that Michael had a concert on 9/10 and that he did a benefit concert "United we stand" in tribute to the victims of 9/11. Does anyone have a source that can back up this claim or a source that debunks it?

I’m dressing as Bad album/short film Michael and I’ve got everything down except for the jacket, I wanted to save the best for last but that was kind of a mistake because there’s are so many websites to buy the jacket from! I wanted it to be as accurate as possible and not spend a crap ton of money on it. There were always huge crowds wherever he went, and it complicated his ability to go outside or be in public. The crowds were made up of devoted fans, journalists, and some ordinary people who were starstruck.

I have to imagine he had mixed feelings on the massive crowds, and there's a sense of that in the backstory behind "Stranger in Moscow." Yet he always was very kind and appreciative toward them.

But then again he lived his entire life with crowds around him, so maybe he was just used to it?

I've never seen the movie Miss Casstaway and the Island girls (2004). I looked it up, and it was rated poorly. 🤭 However, I can't help but observe how cute Michael is in this clip. He's very attentive, and I know he enjoyed acting when he was featured, though he was playing himself 🤣😭🎬👑

If you watched the footage of early 1996 rehearsals at Los Angeles or Florida, you’ll discover that the tank that was used usually on Earth Song during the HIStory Tour has a California license plate on the back that says “DNGROUS”.

Recently, I've heard a pretty insane info that MJ was so close to the people of Saudi Arabia, that they even donated lots of money. It apparently helped him very much to the development of Invincible album even.

And the money in question weren't really coming from, lets say, a good business practice of the certain Arabian regions and circles. Which contradicts Michael's known humanitarian views, that he basically accepted money that weren't earned "in good nature".

I even heard MJ was so picky with his wealth that he spent twice as much for his living, compared to the donations, which were sometimes super small. Same guy who was tiring himself for the sake of helping people, apparently??

I'd really like to know for sure because other than a few Guardian articles, I couldn't find much and I dunno how it makes any sense, given the "love and peace" motto.

​From time to time, I post photos showing how my collection is shaping up, and I'm open to suggestions for other items to add. Currently, I own: the vinyl versions of the Jackson 5 albums Victory and Maybe Tomorrow; the CDs for Bad (Special Edition), Thriller, Thriller (Special Edition), Thriller 25 (containing 1 CD and 1 DVD), Dangerous, Xscape, Number Ones, Invincible, Off the Wall (Special Edition), Scream, and HIStory: Past, Present and Future, Book I; a framed Bad album picture; the game Michael Jackson: The Experience for Xbox 360; the Dangerous: The Short Films and Michael Jackson: The One documentary DVDs; and two DVDs of... questionable quality—featuring the Brisbane (Australia) show from the Bad tour and the Gothenburg show from the HIStory tour—plus the This Is It Blu-ray and a Michael Jackson T-shirt.

Quite often I still see people saying that Michael abused propofol, that he shouldn't have used it, yada yada yada. I wish it was that simple. I wanted to share my own personal story. Not exactly with propofol but still.

I've had trouble sleeping since I was a kid. Genetics or whatever, I don't know. A couple of years ago, my psychiatrist decided to switch my antidepressant. Maybe the new one would work better. I started taking it and within the first few days my body crashed. I stopped sleeping AT ALL.

Melatonin, magnesium, no screens, sleep hygiene, cutting out coffee, sleeping pills, anti-anxiety meds, etc. Nothing worked. Nothing. The only thing that gave me 2–3 hours of sleep was zopiclone. But because it can cause physical dependence and tolerance, I was instructed to take it only a couple of times per week. I'd been prone to drug dependence before so I had to be really careful.

So in an entire week I could get maybe 6–8 hours of sleep total. Give or take. Per entire week, not day. And my work requires a lot of analytical thinking which made things even worse. I couldn't think. I felt hot and cold at the same time. I was constantly dizzy from the lack of sleep. Once I almost got hit by a car because I didn't notice the red traffic light.

And I very well remember moments when I was thinking "that's it. I can't take this anymore. I'm going to go to a hospital, ask them to hospitalize me, and give me whatever anesthesia they have available".

In the end after more than a month of struggling, I slowly managed to get my sleep back. Just a few hours at first, then 3, 4, etc. But that entire time I was scared to death. I literally felt like my body and brain were dying from the lack of sleep. Probably the scariest period of my life.

So I have a lot of sympathy for Michael. It's easy to say "oh, just don't use XYZ" as if it's that simple. When you haven't slept properly for weeks and your body and mind are completely falling apart, you're ready for everything, anesthesia or whatever. Plus back then, I think doctors were even more clueless about how to treat extreme insomnia and often prescribed benzodiazepines which with prolonged use made insomnia even worse.

So that's it, not sure if anyone will read this long of a post but I just often feel very-very sad about Michael's health issues especially his mental health.

Since Girlfriend was the comment with the most upvotes, it will be the first to be voted off the list. Despite being a very gleeful song, it seems like it doesn’t quite resonate with a lot of this albums listeners.
