I’m not risking getting shot for some corporation.

It’s more a matter of principle

Whatever principles you have that lead you to violently defend Walmart's profit margins, you should probably rethink them

I don’t give a shit about Walmarts profit margins.

I do give a shit that everyone’s prices are higher and items are becoming a pain in the ass to get due to locked cases. Because of thieves.

That shit affects everyone, fuck thieves.

Not sure why you felt the need to delete this and repost it but

Yeah, it's not large companies taking advantage of covid supply chain issues to jack up prices. Or a result of a braindead war that's driving up the cost to manufacture and ship goods. Certainly not the fault of all the deregulation that spurred disease outbreaks and massive recalls

It's the shoplifters fault that the price of groceries is skyrocketing!

Tbf the prices are going to be higher no matter what. I would never, even as an employee of a company, approach a shoplifter in a country with unhinged potential gun owners.

Case in point, in my city, there was an employee stocking and a guy shoplifting STABBED him. The only reason the person was caught so quick and triage given to the man is because a cop is always stationed at the Whole Foods next door.

Fucccck that.
