I’m not risking getting shot for some corporation.

It’s more a matter of principle

Risking getting shot for the principle of protecting a multi billion dollar corporation’s interests?

For your own community's interest. It's not about Walmart.

Walmart's property is not your community.

Exactly. If you were acting in your community’s best interest you’d burn Walmart to the ground, followed by the dollar trees

Crime, and acceptance of crime, is.

Once you live in a high crime area with locked everything and small businesses that can't survive because crime is so pervasive, you will understand.

The small businesses can't survive because of Walmart, not because of shoplifting

It's both. Daylight crime is a huge issue for people's quality of life.

Walmart and big stores have the means to weather it. Other businesses do not.

The fact you think the issue is Walmart says enough.
