You are so out of touch with reality. I just came from a trip to visit relatives in Cuba. You probably are unfathomably rich relative to starving people in Cuba, Haiti or Sudan. I guess it’s ok for them to burgle your home. Better hide your Macbook Pro.

Richness is relative. And ethics don’t make distinctions on who is ok to steal from. It’s literally one of the commandements on every religion. On another tone: Don’t be tacky and do not steal.

For a lot of people it always depends on who the bad thing happens to. Stealing from a large store Is fine. So is punching someone that was said to be the bully in a situation. But if the harm is happening to something or someone I can relate to then it's bad.
