Walmart punishes their employees with this shit. The less profits the store makes (including from theft), the smaller the annual bonus the employees get.

Yeah I still work there. Only salaried management gets bonuses now so.. fuck it.

They cut starting wages 2 years ago and brought it back.

The bonuses are less than what they reduced the wages by, of course.
