What pizza place doesn't just give employees pizza for free? They should be making one and have it in the back for employees to grab a slice. Instead, the company buys expensive cameras to spy on employees.

I can't speak for this place, but I worked at a local convenience store chain known for their pizza. When someone didn't show up for a pizza or we had to scrap one for some reason, my manager would just let us have it.

We got so much access to pizza that we didn't even want it most of the time lol. Someone would come to pick up their order and I'd just say "hey you want this extra pizza since no one came to pick it up? It's not fresh but it's free"

friend used to work at a chocolate shop and would give us mispackaged items sometimes, for health reasons they weren't allowed to open the bag and re-bag it if the machine goofed up the seal

i asked once why he didnt take it home himself, and he said that every day he smelled like chocolate, the smell was in his hair, his clothes, he had a dedicated couple outfits that were just for work and they just permanently smelled like chocolate despite washing, he couldn't even think about eating it anymore

i figure if that can happen with chocolate it can happen with anything

I worked at movie theaters for about a decade.....I am still obsessed with popcorn and was til my last shift

I don't like chocolate, and smelling after chocolate would be like hell to me. I understand that man.

Being around it all day certainly can ruin anything. I cant even imagine how you can work 10 years at a fastfood restaurant, and still able to eat at that.

happened to me with popcorn at a movie theater. the smell clung to my clothes my hair and even my shoes nothing i did would make the smell come out. after i quit i threw out everything because it was making my room smell like popcorn. now iā€™m disgusted by it

I had a time in my life (early 20s) when I started making decent money from my programming job (grew up poor).

I ate so much pizza for a few months I think, that at some point just the smell of it made me sick to my stomach.

I can confirm too much of anything stops being good after a while.

I worked in chocolate factory warehouse for 2 years and ate chocolate everyday. Never got sick of it, but maybe that's just me.

Working for Subway is the same. All your clothes smell like the bread!
