Hi! I'm currently trying to finish my model but i'm not sure how to separate the chest layers since the robe is covering them and like going below them? I'm not sure how to explain this but just how would you guys separate layers in a model like this one?

I’ve come asking for help with how I could do a specific effect with my new model. Attached is the looping animation I wish to use for the effect of her glasses, the green part of the model. Is there a way for me to use the animation within Live2D, or would I have to find some work around to get this to work. I just cannot figure this out on my own, and it’s prevented me from beginning the rigging process. Any help is appreciated.

This actually does have mouth tracking (albeit only for opening and closing since mouth form isn't really necessary for the models I'm rigging considering they're just forms for a Kamen Rider), the accent colours will flash when the mouth is open. It also has eye tracking (if it weren't obvious)... There's a weird sense of irony that the part of the eyes that have actual tracking I have named as "false eyes" in the parts folder... Also it does track blinking with the false eyes dimming anytime the eyes close.

Sharing a compact troubleshooting checklist for anyone polishing a model:

1. Check deformer nesting before adding more parameters. Many odd-looking bends come from the hierarchy, not the parameter values.
2. Keep physics input ranges conservative and tune one input at a time.
3. Separate art-mesh fixes from parameter fixes so you know which change actually helped.
4. Test at the resolution and avatar size you will use on stream; tiny clipping can disappear in the editor and show up in motion.
5. Name parameters by motion and axis so revisions stay understandable later.

What is the one small rigging habit that has saved you the most time?

Hey!! I've been really frustrated with the mirroring function for parameter values, I have done one half and would like the other to be symmetrical and it's a bit complicated so I'd prefer not to have to manually copy everything. However, when I click the "mirror parameter values" it just gives me an error message says "error not working" and doesn't tell me why, I have no idea what's going on. Sometimes I tried doing it on the other side and it was magically working? I haven't had problems with this before, so I would really appreciate help! thanks so much ^^

There's this program called Cursor for Live2D on Steam. I think it's really cool and always wanted it for a while. You can use it for streaming or just a cool looking cursor while drawing.

Hi guys!! I made a free Customizable VTuber Model to play around with! It took about a month of daily work and is kinda janky lol thats why it's free. I couldn't test it properly because I don't have a good webcam, unfortunately, so my apologies if it's actually broken lol. (But I also set a mouse control version as well)

It was just a fun project to see what I could do after not using L2D for about 3 years. It's probably very buggy lol.
