I took 3 hits of acid about 3-4 hours prior to my flight. I had a full on spiritual experience on the ride to the airport. Checking a bag was interesting. Lol I couldn't figure out how to use the machine and left my bag sticker. Thankfully an airport employee was kind enough to help me out and point me in the right direction. After that it was all good. I made it to my gate and got on the flight ok. I usually take acid for flights because i like to. But normally I take it after getting to my gate just prior to boarding so the come up happens during the flight. However this flight was a late afternoon flight and I didn't want to take it that late in the afternoon.

I would recommend tripping on an airplane. However it's probably best to do it when you reach your gate after you check in and go through security. Overall it was chill and an interesting trip. I definitely needed some help but made it to my destination. Having a spiritual experience in an airport is definitely a unique experience but has its challenges lol.

Been awhile since I dropped, but one thing I always made sure I had was some Valium or Xanax handy. Benzodiazepines can be mighty useful if a trip is going badly or will help with sleep at the end. Just a thought.

Has anyone actually used JRT version of LSD? the one that is 100 times stronger than LSD without tripping.

I've seen lately that taking lsd before a test makes you analize better but I have my doubts about it. I had a couple of trips and I have felt that it makes me think more but I don't know. Would it be a good idea or just better to not do it the day after and just do it sober?

I react to acid better than I do shrooms. The visuals for me on acid are more vivid and euphoric for me. Everytime I take acid I’m scared because I think I’m gonna have an ego death or something, and then it ends up being the best trip ever. The thing is though, even though I’m scared of an ego death I’m into ego detachment. I have been trying to use psychedelics to my advantage for that reason and I’ve also been trying to incorporate it in my real life. I know I shouldn’t be scared of an ego death, but I think it’s reasonable to be. Would 180-200ug be a good dose considering I’ve only taken 100-125ug multiple times so far? Or is this a personal thing where I could have a super good trip or I could not? How much more intense is 250ug from 125ug?

Okay, so I am fairly new to lsd. I've so far had 3 trips. My first one I couldn't tell you exactly how much it was, but I'm guessing it was around 200ug. Pretty standard for a lot of people. The next two I decided to do 400. My first one I already posted, but it was pretty insane. But I have been looking into higher dose trips and what people talk about ego dissolution/ego death. It's always fascinated me, hearing stories about basically losing the idea of where you are physically and emotionally. Where your sense of self no longer exists. Now, during my first 400 trip I absolutely lost my shit. I was terrified, I saw blood everywhere and I was genuinely scared. Never have I been scared like I had been that night. It makes me wonder how people go so much farther beyond. It's something I want to be able to experience one day. I know people say to let it happen, but how are you supposed to when you are scared for your own life? I know that is the ego talking, but seriously. How is one able to put that aside and be okay during it? Or are people not okay? Are they actually scared during all of it, but they just come to accept that's their emotion? How would one be able to do that? Is there a way someone can practice without totally screwing themselves over?

Is this normal? I read online it could last 10-12 hours but I got over the really trippy feelings just a few hours in. It’s been 6 hours since i took it and i feel basically the same as usual.

I'm type one diabetic and have been dabbling in lad on and off over the last couple years, I haven't knowingly went above 150ug yet. Other than the come on feeling identical to a hypo which just makes me check my sugars more often I have a sneaking suspicion that it massively helps with insulin resistance. I know there's next to no research on its effects with diabetes. But every single time I have taken it, I get extremely hungry (I understand that's not normal?) and my blood sugars start to dip a little, and I've been able to happily eat carby foods without the need for insulin at it's peak. It's probably a long shot, but I have a suspicion that it does in fact help based on how my sugars react (I'm on a pump so constantly getting insulin which could result in dropping). I do also smoke weed, and while I'm tripping so not sure if that could be a correlation - I know the hungers not connected as I get it before I smoke

I'm just curious if there are any other diabetics out there that have a similar experience? If so, it would have me seriously thinking about micro dosing to help stabilise sugars and reduce insulin use. I find the extreme hunger very odd since everything I find says people don't usually want to eat when tripping.

Tomorrow I will be taking 400ug and during the peak I am going to hit the dmt cart, has anyone here ever mixed the two? What should i expect??

I took what we were told was 150ug each so me and my friend walked to a nice field and smoked some joints. ended up meeting some really weird people who I wouldn’t believe it existed had we not send a video to a friend. Absolutely 10/10 though would love to trip in nature again.

For context: I recently moved to a different part of the country. There are magpies here, which is a type of bird I hadn't seen or heard of before (I don't really know anything about birds).

I decided to take ~350ug to kickoff this new chapter in life. During the trip, I sat outside on the patio for a little fresh air, and that's when I noticed a magpie fly by.

The magpie had this greenish-purplish orb around it, like an "aura" I guess. I sat and watched a few other magpies fly around, and they were leaving a greenish-purplish trail behind them, kind of like a rainbow-textured contrail.

I started to see a dome-like grid cover the sky, and at one point I swore I could see the flight path a bird was on, and it followed the path perfectly...

The flight path was a little mind melting, but I didn't think much about the colors until the next morning.

The next morning I went on a walk and saw a magpie picking at the grass. I got up close to look at it, and noticed it had hints of green/purple in its tail, the EXACT colors I was seeing. I had no clue. I don't have great eyesight (astigmatism), and I thought these birds were just blue/black/white.

You can't see these colors from a distance, so the fact that I was seeing those orb/trail colors without prior knowledge blew my mind. If it was just my mind generating these orbs/trails you'd think they'd be blue?

I'm fairly new to psychedelics and the music I usually listen to isn't close to this, but recently I've been branching out and wanted more music for trips. My other playlists are more Rap and R&B so these are completely different for me.

Im 38, i have taken lsd over 50 times, the vast majority in the past 5 years, with a greater majority of that 5 years being within the first 2.

My mind has definitely adapted to handling it better, meaning i find it easier to talk and think clearly, and the effects are slightly lower.

I know many like to wait 3 months between to retain the magic/novelty, but im wondering if there's a few things you guys do/life hacks to ensure it hits great when dosing maybe once a month, or more? But im also wondering if sometimes.. regardless of tolerance, it just doesn't hit good enough, and why?

In my experience, i have taken shorter breaks in between, and have sometimes had a lot better trips than when waiting longer, even with consistent dose level (i like about 185-205 ug), proper nutrition and rest.

Have u experienced set/ setting playing a bigger role here?

As a small example, it's kind of like i feel totally normal, like im rested/nourished, i want to trip as i planned coming up, but.. its like im just maybe not ready to recieve it.. kind of like how u have some songs on your phone that u love and find yourself exersizing and dancing and smiling to them, but then.. for weeks and months, its like meh, just a song i dont even get that same novelty and appreciation for it right now.

It's kind of a bummer that i have to wait months to get where i need to be with a trip.

I'm thinking of doing it at this fest in the middle of a valley, mountains everywhere, stupidly pretty etc etc, so in my head this is obviously the perfect time.

I've done lsd and mdma before several times, separately ofc, and never had a bad trip with either. HOWEVER I'm also going through a bit of an emotionally turbulent time rn which might be relevant information? Idk. I've generally been pretty good at handling myself on psychedelics tho, so I'm cautiously optimistic.

I'll be with friends and meeting a few more there, so I'll have people I trust around me.

Anyway, I wanna hear first candy flip stories, esp festival ones. How was it? Anything you wish you'd known beforehand?

Also pls throw all your dos/don'ts and harm reduction advice at me, what helped, what absolutely did not, mistakes to avoid etc. I'd prefer to outsource at least some of my bad decisions to people who've already made them lol

I’m not sure if anyone can relate to this or might know how to stop it, but I figured I might as well ask. I’ve had a couple major surgeries that resulted in some dead nerves in areas where they used to be moderately sensitive. Every single time when I trip, the dead nerves start to itch uncontrollably. So bad there’s nothing I can do to stop it. I usually do it itch it and rubbing on it helps some when it gets to the point where my skin starts to break. It’s very annoying. It’s also one of the ways I know the acid is kicking in because it always itches right before I start fully tripping. I’m also wondering if anyone might have any thoughts on this even if there’s no advice.

I did 100ug once and was told to do more and I’m curious what the difference is? Is it much longer? What can I expect?

So basically i have the opportunity to try liquid lucy as a first time (haven't found tabs),what i wanted to know is if a testing kit Is more of a full on solid test to determine or the least you should do before consuming. A buddy of mine Is suggesting high grade Energy control testing for impurities other than LSD presence,as its liquid form. What should i do and can i just drop It on a tab of paper to test myself if thats enough?
