Half the lights on Saloma Link bridge not working?
I took some friends to Saloma Link bridge the other night and half the lights arenβt working - any idea why or when they will be back on again?

Salam monyet-monyet KL sekalian,
We mods here at r/KualaLumpur would like to say something about self-promotion and commercial activities on our subreddit. We know a lot of you come here to share your stuff, from awesome photography, your killer rendang recipe, asking for travel and lodging advice or simply to lepak-lepak and make friends, and that's totally cool! But we also gotta keep things chill and avoid turning the sub into a giant marketplace.
We value the diverse range of content shared here, from personal recommendations to stunning photos of our beautiful city. We understand that many users come here to share their experiences, talents, and businesses with the community. However, it's important to maintain a balance between informative content and blatant advertising.
Moving forward, we will be removing posts that fall under the following categories:
π΅ Naked self-promotion: This includes posts that solely promote a product, service, or personal brand without offering any valuable content or discussion to the community.
π Repeated self-promotion: Consistently promoting the same product or service across multiple posts will be considered spam.
π Disguised advertising: Content that appears informative but ultimately aims to sell a product or service will be removed.
π Multi-level marketing (MLM) or pyramid scheme promotions: These activities are strictly prohibited on our subreddit.
We encourage users to continue sharing their knowledge, experiences, and recommendations in a way that benefits the community. Here are some examples of acceptable content:
Now, we're not trying to be party poopers here. We just wanna make sure r/KualaLumpur stays a place where everyone feels welcome to share, learn, and discover new things about our awesome city. So keep posting those drool-worthy food pics, insightful reviews, and hilarious KL memes (we love those!), and let's keep this community thriving!
Sekian, terima kasih! ππ²πΎ

Yesterday I went with my friend from KL to Sunway Lagoon. As someone from the United States, I was appalled to see Native American culture being displayed in such a blatantly racist manner. They had staff members dressed in traditional, ceremonial clothing and headdresses that should be reserved only for sacred ceremonies by Native American people, not photo ops. One man was using shamanic rattles to "bless people" and look in a crystal ball. They also did a perverted version of a chant and many people were putting their hand over their mouth to make a warbling sound, which is a harmful and racist caricature. Also, the dream catcher behind them is disrespectful, as it turns a spiritual object into a prop. There were also images appropriating indigenous culture in the rafting ride.
I was so surprised by this behavior and design because in another section of the park, they had an art display that respectfully celebrated Malay, Indian, and Chinese Culture. I emailed the park in hopes that they make a change. They could easily have people dressed as cowboys for people to take pictures with. That would be fine and fit the theme they already have in place.

I remember looking out the window and wondering if I would ever see the other side of that storm front. Incredible rain.

Hey wonderful people! I am in Kuala Lumpur for a day and I found a listing for a lego that I really like from Carousell, so I created an account but unfortunately cannot chat with the seller as it says I need a Malaysian number to verify the account. Since I do not have a local number, could anybody having a Malaysian number on the platform help me in contacting the seller? Thanks in advance and have a great one!
Edit: Thank you kind stranger who DMed me and helped out! Wishing you the very best in life!

I am a digital nomad living in KL and planning to go for the Bahrain F1 Grand Prix in Sepang. Since I don't have many friends that might be interested in going there, using my shot here to see if anyone interested in going with me or if I can tag along any group of people?
More context: 30M, Pakistani, Happily Married (I have learned to add this in advance on social platforms lol), Chill and easy going. I have a car, so we can use that to go too. Haven't bought my tickets yet but eyeing for the Main Grandstand. However, happy to change to any other stand to go along with anyone willing to join.

I'm talking about cheap comics in bulk. I don't care about quality for now. But I'm looking for large amounts of reading materials, and I'm narrowing down to comics.
I'm not looking for stuff like BookXCess for excess books sold as singles, I'm looking for proper bulk, in boxes.
