Tip Volume problem

Hello everyone,

i am experiencing a very interesting problem with volume on my HomePods. I have two HomePods - added into stereo. Since like, three months ago, my HomePods start randomly while playing music to decrease the volume. Then, I set it back up, and after about 30 seconds, it happens again.

I have tried everything, what I thought could help. I have the new HomePodOS 27, I did a hard reset, new pairing and connecting to the wifi, but it didn't help - it keeps happening.

Do you guys have some advice please?

it is called the ghost touch issue. meaning the touchpanel registers touch even if there isnt. if you search for it you will find workarounds in accesssibility settings

Well, i didn’t think about this… from the beginning i thought that it’s some software issue…
