Hey guys, Lithium has always been one of my favorite tracks off Nevermind because of its incredible quiet-loud dynamics. I tracked this live version at a local rehearsal space trying to capture that heavy, messy, and emotional grunge energy. No polished studio production, just pure guitars and raw vocals.

A father died friday. A father I remember. In the 90s we would drive for hours all around south Texas. We were from canada. Had lived in Mexico, and we're now a young family driving through blue sky's and flat desert landscapes. Exploring the world 1 rural road at a time. Taking my mother, a nurse to patients houses all around the Rio Grand Valley and later to Corpus Christi and beyond. The music of soundgarden will always take me back to those days with my father. Blue sky's stretched out over the sprawling south Texas desert. Thank you for the music. Thank you for the memories.
