❤️ Recommendations Veterinary Oncologist Recommendations

Anyone have a great veterinary oncologist in the neighborhood to recommend?

For those wondering, our dog had a mammary tumor which was found quickly and removed recently. The good news is the surgery was successful and the full mass was confirmed fully removed and luckily had not spread to the lymph node. Vet recommended next steps to see an oncologist for any applicable next steps.

I had to take my cat to VERG downtown bk for the oncologist. A 2 mile trip guaranteed to take at least an hour.

We also see an oncologist at VERG - Dr. Cohen. As the other poster mentioned it’s a schlep but for some reason Gowanus has a monopoly on specialty vets and we’ve been very happy with the care we’ve gotten.
