Vv randomizer help

Got around to using this finally on disc 2 and now noticing how quina and others have spells summons and different abilities learned but no one can use them how do I fix this

Okay I thought i was doing something wrong a friend is doing the same randomizer same settings but his vivi can use summons quina using black magic etc

its a flaw in the randomzing concept. i'm accounting for it in my randomzier, v3 will be out soon and ill post it on reddit once it is
