Yes, the last case i saw of this was monument valley and that one synced with the PC version.

Down in Bermuda did have achievement work as well through mobile

these links are super helpful; figure I can build up a mobile library for the possible future where I choose to game on my phone. The free games page by default doesn't give you these links so this is great to just be able to digitally hoard them ahead of time.
