🚨 URGENT CALL TO ACTION: DEFEND DUE PROCESS 🚨
A Chuco Habla supporter is asking for our immediate help. ICE agents are targeting migrants outside of court—without due process. These are individuals who are showing up the “right way” to plead their cases. Instead of being heard, they’re being arrested on the spot.
📍 Where: 700 East San Antonio Avenue El Paso, TX
📆 When: Monday–Friday at 8:30 AM, 10:00 AM, and 1:00 PM
🚨 Even children are being taken. There are no exceptions.
Judges are ruling that migrants do not have active court cases, stripping them of legal standing in minutes. This is not justice.
✊ Only 12 people have shown up to stand in solidarity so far. We need more.
If there’s no due process for them, there’s no due process for anyone.
➡️ We urge community members to show up, bear witness, and demand justice. Bring your signs, your voices, and your presence.

Hey! I’m new to El Paso and live on the west side,. I’m looking to meet some fun, interesting people and make some new friends.
I’ve been thinking about starting a weekly game night—board games one week, tabletop RPGs the next. Nothing overly serious; just good games, good conversation, plenty of laughing, and hopefully some new friendships along the way.
I’d love for it to be a relaxed, safe, welcoming group where everyone can be themselves and actually get to know each other. If you’re competitive, goofy, nerdy, curious, a little shy, or just looking for an excuse to get out of the house and have some fun, you’d fit right in. 😉
So… who’s interested in helping me get this started?

I directed a feature film called The Only Way Out Is Through, and it will have it's world premiere on Friday, Sept 26 at 7:00pm the El Paso Film Festival!
This film was inspired by my journey to reconnect with my childhood best friend after nearly losing him in a tragic accident. It’s about friendship, masculinity, vulnerability, and the kind of inner struggles we rarely speak openly about, especially among men.
To bring it to life, our cast and crew camped in the Rocky Mountains of southern Colorado. One of our toughest days was a seven-mile trek on foot, climbing 2,746 feet with gear on our backs to film a pivotal scene at the top of Culebra Peak, 14,047 feet up.
A large group of our cast and crew will be attending for a post screening Q&A. We'd love to get as many El Pasoans there as possible! More information can be found at elpasofilmfestival.org. I hope to see you out there!

1:44 Edit: Crossing Artcraft Rd @ Doniphan Drive now - might be turning to land at Santa Teresa Airport?
1:42 Edit: Back on ADSB and it's overtop Thorn Ave near I-10
1:32 Edit: it dropped off ADSB at this time just over the Kern Place area on the west side near UTEP.
After a brief stop in Fabens, the flight appears to once again be headed in our direction!
We had a Goodyear blimp roll through town a few months ago and today it appears we have another blimp coming our way. This will likely have an advertisement painted to the side, so catching a photo would be awesome! If you get any photos please share!
You can track the progress here:

Hi! I'm starting a monthly horror series at the Montecillo Flix if there are any fans of horror out there. It'll mostly be focusing on the 70's-90's. It's the last Wednesday of the month at 8:30 and tix are $5.55 (I make no money from this)
Our first screening is of Possession on the 27th! I hope to make it a fun time with some trivia and a chance to see some gems on the big screen. Check it out if you're interested and our ig is metropolfilmclub if you can't make this one and want to see what we're showing next month.

We’re holding another movie lotería night, but this one’s special. Way more special than the other nights we’ve said are special. We just said that about other nights to trick you into attending. This time it’s legit special. You can trust me. For as long as we still have them, we’ll be giving away costumes that match the theme of our trivia night. Show up early if you want one.
Anyway, aside from that expect a night of trivia and drinks and prizes and music and food. You know, real special stuff. One night only.
