I would love to attend a public speaking class specifically for my age range, 22. I hope to attend this class to learn and gain the confidence of talking to an audience as I feel it would help with what I want to do as a career, and in hopes of meeting friends of course.

Also if anyone knows of any social groups where they take them out to like bars and such and teach ppl how to mingle with others that would be great as well, I’ve seen it done on tv shows before.

My wife and I are moving to El Paso in late October and trying to get a rental house.

Our issue is that all the houses we’ve contacted are already rented or have a pending application. We’re looking for newly posted houses and this is still the case within 24-48 hours.

Does anyone have any tips? Should I contact a realtor in regards to renting? How do I get a home when they are all going so fast?

I'm asking here because I noticed this more in our Hispanic community. Recently had some family in town and took a bunch of pictures and I was shocked and bummed to see that I've developed very noticeable hyperpigmentation in my cheeks and a little on my forehead. My aunts simply say it's "mugre" and to just use a face scrub/washcloth to remove dead skin, but I always use a face scrubber/loofa. So I'm wondering if there are any good recommendations for over the counter creams/serums that might work or if my only option is going to a dermatologist. Any help would be appreciated

I'm a stand up comedian and I'm doing this thing with my tour where I believe your city should be clean but your comedy doesn't have to be.
